Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Vizzve Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT and development solutions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

1.1. Project-Based Services

  • Once a project is accepted by Vizzve Services, the client cannot cancel it unless permitted by Vizzve Services at its sole discretion.
  • If Vizzve Services allows cancellation, any refund eligibility will be determined based on the project's progress and incurred costs.
  • If a client fails to communicate, provide necessary inputs, or respond to project-related requests for more than 30 days, Vizzve Services reserves the right to cancel the project without issuing any refund.

1.2. Subscription-Based Services

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be incurred after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

Refund Policy

2.1. No Refunds

  • Payments made for services rendered by Vizzve Services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • All payments are non-transferable to other services or third parties.

2.2. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • If Vizzve Services is unable to initiate or complete a project due to internal constraints, as determined solely by Vizzve Services.
  • If significant technical issues arise that prevent the proper delivery of the service, and Vizzve Services is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Any approved refund will be processed within 30 business days and may be subject to administrative or service fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the client will result in the immediate suspension of all ongoing services.
  • Vizzve Services reserves the right to take legal action to recover damages in case of fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.

Policy Updates

  • Vizzve Services reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
